The safety of our employees, contractors and communities comes first in every decision we make. Safety is critical to our ability to build projects and to deliver energy responsibly. LNG Canada has a global construction footprint; delivering the safest project on earth depends on each of us, at all levels and locations of the organization. We must enable a culture and environment that allows the weakest signals to be heard and actions to be taken that keep people and communities safe. We want every person on our project to be safe, and to return home safely. All work activities are to be carefully managed with environmental protection at the forefront.
Supporting Mental Health
Safety at LNG Canada goes beyond wearing personal protective equipment. It means looking out for each other – colleagues, neighbours, and oneself. Mental well-being is as much of a priority as physical health. LNG Canada ensures employees have access to mental health providers through employee assistance programs, on-site programs and training, and ensuring adequate mental wellness first aiders are available.
Creating an Inclusive and Respectful Workplace
