Notice of submission: Canadian Navigable Waters Act

LNG Canada Development Inc. hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.

Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, LNG Canada Development Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search (http://cps.canada.ca) under registry number 260, a description of the following work:

Temporary use of a floating pipeline during hydraulic dredging in the Kitimat harbour to connect a Cutter Suction Dredger vessel with a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger vessel in Kitimat Arm of Douglas Channel at Rio Tinto Kitimat marine terminals adjacent to or within: District Lot (DL) 5469; Lot 1 of DLs 981, 5469, & 7940; REM DL 7940; and DL 981.
